Whitney Group has been known for our thorough approach to search. As a result, diversity candidates are necessarily a part of the search process. We pride ourselves on having access to the entire candidate pool, including diversity candidates such as minorities and women. Whitney Group has been able to successfully complete numerous diversity projects and searches.

Whitney Group works in an advisory capacity to help our clients, including Wall Street and other financial institutions, to focus on issues of diversity within their ranks in appropriate and effective ways. Diversity recruiting of lateral hires can be most impactful with an overall plan, which would incorporate recruitment at entry levels, mentorship programs, and senior level commitment and sponsorship of all efforts, with the ultimate goal of having more diverse representation at the most senior levels of the firm.
